Inquiries and showings
Respond to prospective residents, answer property questions, arrange tours, and follow up with interested applicants.
Applications and screening
Collect applications and process screening under our standard procedures and applicable requirements. Share the results for the owner’s decision.
Lease coordination
Confirm the owner-approved terms, coordinate lease documents and signatures, and communicate next steps to the incoming resident.
Move-in handoff
Coordinate move-in instructions, required funds, keys, and initial condition documentation with the owner and resident.
This service covers placing a resident and coordinating move-in. Ongoing rent collection, maintenance, resident management, lease renewals, and owner accounting are separate from leasing-only service.
