Rent Collection
Gendron's Property Management utilizes top industry technology and software to ensure you get paid on time, every time. We offer our residents access to our online resident portal, which allows automatic rent payments to be deducted from a checking account or credit card. For owner's contributions, access to our owner portal will allow direct deposits via ACH transfer for your convenience. All rent payments, charges, and deposits are recorded, reviewed, and stored for access and review 24/7.
Maintenance and Repairs
Through our vast network of life long relationships with well known and vetted vendors in the capital region community, you can rest assured your property is well cared for. At Gendron's Property Managament we don't want to be your contractor, we want to be your Property Manager.
Inspections
Move-in, Move-out, Annual, and Periodic inspections are crucial to maintaining the performance of your investment. Periodic maintenance and repairs will attract the highest quality tenants, increasing cash flow and reducing vacancies.
